Rack & Pinion Driven System A
The Rack & Pinion driven System is often used to drive shading screen system in multi-span greenhouse. The system has the character of steady performance, safty and reliablity.
In this system, the gear motor drives the pinion by its drive shaft, and the pinion meshes rack to cause its straight reciprocating movement.
The rack connects the handspike on the supported wheel to realize the open and close of shading screen system.
Unique Pinion:
The pinion made by FLC is made of cast of cast steel (stainless steel) material. The advantage is more harder and stronger than powder metallurgy in anti-corrosion, it does not need to add the lubricating oil frequently. The axis is the cast steel material with machining treatment and has smooth surface.
